Chloe talks NON-STOP!! if i don't acknowlege a comment right away, she will say it until i do. and she asks things that she knows the answer to, but i answer her anyway, and she asks me again without taking a breath between, and again, and again. i'm sure this is probably a 2 year old girl thing, but it's exhausting!! most days, my nightly unwinding routine works for me (junkfood, sitcoms, chad, e-mails.) But this morning, everett woke me up an hour early and as i fed him, i hear *knock, knock, knock* "Mommy! I awake!" *groan* maybe if i ignore it, it'll go away. i put everett back to bed and do the same, with a pillow over my head. am i a bad mother for "neglecting" my child? *bang, bang, bang* *groan* no such luck. i finally conceed, knowing she'll just make me more and more mad the more i try to ignore it...The up side is, the day was actually really good. after a little tv (the only time her mouth shuts) and some breakfast, we had fun together!!

Girl Emma is the same way. She never shuts her mouth unless she is asleep. Maybe its a girl thing. The boys have never been like that. Maybe it will change a little bit when Everett gets older and can talk to her too.
Yep! It's a girl thing!!! Just think, I will have two in that stage at one time! Yikes! Good luck and just take some tylenol on those hard days :0)
Momma, Momma, Momma, Momma, Momma, MOMMA!!!!!
I can so relate!
What can be so terriably cute one day is so terrible the next.
Dand talked non-stop. Part of it is she is the oldest I think. Anyway she is learning so she asks questions and it will be the same thing over and over. Sometimes they test you to just see if you pass the test on what they already know. Did you get Everett's stuffed dog in the mail?
