22 days...

... left until closing. 23+ days left of sleepless nights, spent obsessively planning, decorating, and worrying. Oy! It's funny how, when you have and exit plan in place, how much harder it becomes to wait! We've been waiting for 5 months and one more seems like an eternity.

But the wheels are turning. Chad finally got a contract from work. We've got our application for benefits filled out... Those last two weeks with him gone (in an extended stay working, while we're here waiting to close on the house) are going to be really hard. We've gotten used to the unemployed dad, always around. *sigh* 22 days... 22 days...
