We finally broke down and bought Chloe a bigger bike not long after her birthday. I bought a size too big so she could grow into it. Going happened easily once her knees weren't hitting the handles. But starting and stopping wasn't happening. Finally Chad saw that we could take the reflector off and lower the seat another 1-2 inches. Suddenly, she's a pro! Her bike fits perfectly with room to grow. I'm really proud of her. She worked really hard at it and didn't give up. It's so nice to be able to run her to school and have to push to keep up with her. Heck it's just nice to have the freedom to get out and exercise, even if she's with me. The only problem is that Everett can't keep up. He tries so hard and does so well, but he has to pedal 4 times to every one time that we do. He wants to be a big kid too.

"Look What I Can Do!"
We ride together at least once a day. The other day, we took a different route and decided to walk the dirt bike trail that runs behind the subdivision. We'd never been back there. It was a fun little adventure. The kids thought it was awesome too.
